I will live under a roof powered by the sun
I would never hurt the world we call home,
That’s like hurting the ones you love,
We have this one planet,
And one universe to roam,
But by then,
We’ll all be dust,
In one massive end,
We pollute,
We ravage,
We mistreat our mother,
Why can’t we all live like brothers?
Our society is a machine,
The blood it’s heart pumps is oil,
Those with real hearts are demeaned,
Was there ever a time,
Where our world was cleaned?
Before fossils weighed our wealth,
Before when the world’s only concern,
Was our health,
When will living life return?
When will the worry for what others have not be a concern?
